Details:

See the diff I've just uploaded for further details.

Changes:

apostrophes -> unicode right single quotes
unsexed quotes -> Sexed single and double quotes
hyphen minuses -> en dashes
hyphen minuses -> em dashes

Gotchas: UTF-8 text, could be the same issue as for the diff file.

Bigger gotcha: So that you can see what I've changed, this is a single sorted
deduplicated pofix containing /only the translatable sentences changed/. It's
not a complete file in other words, so it needs to be inserted into the
master pofix file. To keep string lengths manageable sentences were trimmed
at leading and trailing commas, so e.g. if you had 'Boy, I'm hungry, I want
some food', the pofix string would be 'I'm hungry,'. Basically the
punctuation-delimited phrase containing just the apostrophe(s) being
converted is what you get. In long quotes where sentence B had an apostrophe
and so did sentence F, you'd end up with sentences B-F in the string.

Single-word replacements have escaped quotes around them.
