Details:
To reproduce I used a lua like this
++
wesnoth.wml_actions.objectives({ note = "www" })
--
Copy-paste the www until the resulting dialog gets so big that it exceeds the
screen limits.
1. A close button appears at the bottom, this button doesnt work.
2. When hovering over it the dialog starts looking very bad (as in
