Bug:
When Shuffle Sides is enabled in the Default Era, in a 4player local game if
you chose a specific faction with a random leader for each side, it will throw
a 'Error while playing the game: game_error: unknown unit type: ?' when you
start the game.
Bug also in 1.9.8 as well.
