Details:
Sometimes it's desired that packagers can distribute the game with custom
settings. This patch enables an easy way to do that by adding the possibility
to specify system-wide preferences in data/default-preferences.
Anything can be set in default-preferences which can be set the user
preferences file and user preferences always override settings from
default-preferences.
