Details:
If Wesnoth is launched from the command line into a MP game (with the -m
option), village_gold defaults to 1 if not set specifically using something
like '--parm 1:village_gold:2'. By contrast, a MP game started from the lobby
has village_gold=2, which should be the default for MP games.
This happens because parameters not provided on the command line get taken
from data/game.cfg, where village gold is set to 1, the default for campaign
mode. I verified that by changing the value in game.cfg. Whatever value is
used there is what a MP game launched from the command line ends up with.
