Details:
To reproduce:
1. Start Wesnoth.
2. Change the language.
3. Begin a local multiplayer game with any map and any options. (If it is
useful, I used Den of Onis)
4. Set one of the players to AI.
The bug is that the names of the AIs appear in the language in which Wesnoth
was launched, not the current language Wesnoth is using.
See the attached screenshots. wesnoth-french-bug.png shows the result when
Wesnoth is launched in French, but the language is changed to English.
wesnoth-french-bug-2.png shows the result when Wesnoth is launched in English,
but the language is changed to French.
