Details:
When you recruit a unit in planning mode, normally you get a greyed ghost
unit, with just the base frame, and the cost displayed in color below.
However in 1.12 branch and master, we instead get a "twitching" standing
animation, which looks fairly disturbing.
How to reproduce:
Start a local multiplayer game.
Activate planning mode.
Recruit any unit with a standing animation (fencer, horseman, saurian, etc.)
