Details:
In Legend of Wesmere, "Acquaintance in Need," Olurf's whisper is displayed
literally as "For an elf, you think like a dwarf! I think I like you!
(whisper^-For an elf...)" (with the text "whisper" and the caret symbol
displayed on screen.
This is a regression from 1.11.18.
