Release: 1.12.0
Operating System: Windows (???)

Details:
With the official 1.12.0 build from SF.net (which loonycyborg says uses
Boost.filesystem and Boost.locale), the intended preprocessor inclusion order
isn't respected for *at least* _final.cfg files.
Steps to reproduce:
* Download the attached add-on archive and extract it to your add-ons
directory
* Start/restart Wesnoth
* Check stderr -- if the bug reproduces, #warnings will be printed for
_final.cfg and abc.cfg in that order, instead of the expected abc.cfg and
_final.cfg order
I couldn't reproduce on Linux using Boost 1.55.0. No idea what Boost version
is used for our official Windows builds.
