Follow-up Comment #4, bug #22967 (project wesnoth):
Note that we concluded that the special inclusion order for _initial.cfg was
also not respected due to this bug.
I have also requested loonycyborg to ship a new patched build for the 1.12.0
release due to the large impact of this bug on mainline and UMC WML. We are
not going to replace 1.12.0 with a 1.12.0a version for other platforms since
gfgtdf and I concluded on IRC that the bug only affects systems which use path
delimiters other than /, and the only such platform we officially support is
Windows.
