Follow-up Comment #3, bug #23161 (project wesnoth):
because i also don't really know whether this assertion is related to closing
the window, and also becasue there is a chance that this assertion doesn't
happen anympore after toggeling DSU off-turn was fixed, i will not look at
this until this happenes again (on 1.12.1 or later)
