Wesnoth 1.1 was expected to be released today or tomorrow, but Jon has just reported a grave bug.
Basically it's not possible to set up a network game between two "wesnoths" (i.e., without a wesnothd). He will have a look at the bug tomorrow if possible. Please, don't commit anything but bugfixes until 1.1 is out! In the mean time try to get current SVN as much tested as possible, make sure changelog is up-to-date, ...
