Hello.

I haven't had yet any real feedback on Python API, and I don't
really want to finish everything then be told there are many
things to change :) So I haven't worked on it for some time.

The "big" things are there (move units, recruit, know terrain
and units, types, attacks, and so on), enough to write a
semi-decent AI already I think (I *think* you can possibly
reimplement current AI, but I haven't checked).

The code lacks checks to avoid crashes (you can move a unit on
another one, which gives bad results!), and probably a few
wrappers for stats and such - shouldn't be too hard to add.
