This thread about adding _yet more_ campaigns to mainline doesn't make
sense to me.  Instead of arguing over a complex list of what should
be done, perhaps someone could first explain what the problems are
that need to be solved?

Adding more overhead to the core game seems just to lead to release
cycles getting longer and longer, and the release manager getting
more and more frustrated.  Without understanding the exact problems,
my outsider perspective is that all that seems needed is a separate
SVN-style repository for WML content, automatically integrated with
the campaign server and WesCamp.  What am I missing?
