I am going to propose "Descend into Darkness", my personal favorite campaign. It's rather finished (but not yet perfect enough to be boring to maintain) and has an interesting story and gameplay. Possible problems are that it is not converted to 1.3 yet and its art needs improvement. Also its author seems to consider his work as finished and does no longer actively maintain it.
