Here is my plan of feature implementation for 1.4 :
- Implement FR #10600 (quite sure, probably around next week-end): random
faction from a subset of the available factions.
Quite useful for some UMC where you want a random good faction and random bad
faction for example or you want a random all but one faction (which would be
used for the AI for example).

- Some functions to tell more easily the coordinates of the neighbour hex on the
NW, stuff like that (still a vague plan about how it will work, so unlikely
(because it is quite short in time and i'm lazy))

- Some improved support of variable objects (vague plan, unlikely for 1.4)

- Translation support improvements (none planed, but i'm find or i'm told about
places where it would be useful, i'll likely implement some.

So i only plan to implement one thing with no string changes, but perhaps a
little more.
