It didn't sound that disrespectful as I was writing it, but looking back now,
that was an ignorant choice of words on my part. Those words were coming from
the heart and not the brain. In any case, I can't speak for Dave or the others,
so if my words offended you, they were mine and mine alone. I apologize for not
proof-reading it better and being more considerate of the different viewpoints
involved.
