I think support for difficulty selection in MP campaigns would be fantastic
and widely used. Good idea!

With regard to game selection, I think it's excellent to organize the types
of MP games with tabs as the draft does. I wonder if things should be
broken into three (or more?) groups though. We have 3 basic 'game types'
currently:

1. Standard maps - Maps for 2 or more players using normal Wesnoth rules.
2. MP campaigns - Campaigns for 2 or more players which may have some
special rules and events but which will be explained in the course of the
campaign.
3. Scenarios - Maps for 2 or more players with some-to-lots of WML
modification (includes RPG and ANL like games and "Survival" type
scenarios, among others), often involves some amount of figuring things out
(I.E. "Ah, a bunch of units just spawned over there on turn 3).

I would suggest that these three groups would be a good way
to categorize games. I would like to separate the WML scenarios from
regular maps because there are often many things to learn about them that
really change the game. I think it would be useful for users to know that
stuff in "Standard maps" doesn't have any special rules.

It might also be useful to be able to categorize or sort through "types" of
WML-scenarios because there are commonly used labels associated with some,
such as RPG, but I'm not sure about the best way to think about that.
