yes extending recruitment to some IRC channels was, definitely, on my
plan. Although, at first I'd like to begin with
coordination/contributors within -dev ML.

Anyway, at the moment I'm not interested in distinguishing between
active/core/marginal/minor contributors, so don't worry about that.
