To get things up and running fast I propose the following procedure: * I create a sticky thread in the moderator forum, called news inbox. * Developers post their news in that thread. * A proofreader fixes the spelling and grammar errors. * The proofreader then copies the fixed entry into the News forum. * A forum administrator then copies the item to the front page.
