This is just outright criminal thuggery that should not be excused under the guise of politics. A good act for Arua or West Nile should be a good act for everybody regardless of who does it period. Nobody deserves to be assaulted or humiliated in the process, especially a representative of the people. What ever happened to civility, respect for one another, and etc. I guess our mamas and grannies never saw this coming? How embarrassing for the region!
