What kind of administrators do we have in Arua? Is this how uncivilized we have
become even upto 21st century? Only God knows what the campaign period will be
like if such a militaristic behaviour has began this early. Is Ferua not one of
people said to have a forged degree? Was he in Kampala for a long time learning
the tricks of the Kalangala group? No wonder Arua town is so dirty, the leaders
are busy fighting people instead of working with the people make the town look
a habitable place. These are criminal acts, but are these people above the law?
A criminal assault case needs to be opened against these people or else they
will continue with this menace.
