Dear Oguzu Lee,
This Idea is a good one. But one must go slow on matters pertaining to Church
of Uganda Projects. Do you recall the Church project in Kampala in which the
President gave 100 Milllion Shillings ten years ago..... Well I am a
protestant, but I believe lets concentrate on what we can achieve to transform
lives of people from West Nile. This is without any prejudice. Have a nice day
