Dear Christine,
Its absolutely wonderful to hear from you. well you have me and Lina now in the
train, we will not sink but sail through. Fr. Rufino did great to bring me
here,
because he knows i am in a way like you and Lina. So be proud Christine,
because
you are a pioneer among the ladies and together we will contribute some useful
information in this great forum.

Yes, Christine, i agree with you and the others, its of paramount importance to
recieve peoples views, but this does not always happen. thanks to this forum i
am benefiting from very useful information.

cheers,
Jennifer

My dear Jennifer, you are most welcome and Lina thanks so much for the
discussions. I am happy that the two of you have joined me. Please let us join
this train and be on board, we shall either sink or survivie together.
Sometimes I used to thing may be I am in a wrong place.

I just want to add one thing that information is power and people have right to
demand for what is due and they can only do this when they are knowldgeable, I
think Sam and the colleague were spot on about this. You cannot negotiate for
people or on their behalf without involving them or when they dont know what
you
are negotiating for. Negotiating for things for people without their
involvement
is dictatorship and is not sustainable.
