Hi comrades,

The discussion is very critical, except i dont know whether Dr. Onzima has
read them. If he hasnt then Androa's point becomes very important for giving
him a feedback. Otherwise, i am in agreement that alot of our critical
challenges of the region (which were earlier discussed in the forum) didn't
come out clearly in the article. Aggrey it seems yours was already a
thorough conclusion on the same.
