Thanks for that remark but i wish to tress back to what i suggested to members last time that if a tall we have members from those departments you have mentioned,why not influence publishing of results region by region which could not only motivate other regions but also brings about competition countrywide, majorly targeting our poor region. There is a saying that while going to hunt,go with more dogs,arrows and sweet potato and you will come with something on your back, in other words if we want westnile performance to improve then its time for us to not only look at the few traditional giant schools but collectively uplift tension of quality performance as it used to be during some of your regimes.
