Mr. Anguyo,

This budget can be well written, but the challenge this country has is
always on implementation. There are many hungry dogs waiting out there to
pounce on the money. I would rather be grateful on reading about
successfully implemented gov't programs than the budget.

The question is usually as follows:
Why remove excise duty on paraffin n leave petrol n diesel? Hw will this
paraffin be transported into the country?
Why build main poor quality roads? I prefer the gov't rather build fewer
roads that will stand the test of time.

This time the gov't shd put much attention into monitoring implementation of
the budget and hold people responsible for their roles, other wise the
budget will be like "a beautiful lady who is barren"
