Dear all, I was recently in Arua regional referral hospital and was saddened by what i saw there. The hospital is really in a poor state, people r sleeping on the floor because there are no beds.
Members, what can we do to avert this situation? I hear the ratio of health workers to patients is really very low. This is a serious issues coz many lives will be lost.
