Town Clerk- Arua Municipal council Mr. Martin Andua and the Municipal Education officer- Florence Anguzu could help as identify a store in the Municipality offices in which we may deliver our support. I know of the Red Cross Office in Arua Municipality which has many rooms un or underutilised. Martin also being the chairman Board of Red Cross Arua Branch may assist to secure a room and make it official to the network friends to deliver thier consignments.
