The proposal is ok. We shall try to look for space. The present Chairman of the
Red Cross is Mr. Cyprian. My second four year term ended last year and the
constitution does not provide for one to serve beyond two terms. However, i
will discuss this proposal with the new Board. But we shall also look at other
alternatives as the branch has rented out some of the office space.

Good idea. Town Clerk- Arua Municipal council Mr. Martin Andua and the
Municipal Education officer- Florence Anguzu could help as identify a store in
the Municipality offices in which we may deliver our support.
I know of the Red Cross Office in Arua Municipality which has many rooms un
or underutilised. Martin also being the chairman Board of Red Cross Arua Branch
may assist to secure a room and make it official to the network friends to
deliver thier consignments.
