Dear colleagues last week i went to Arua and found that the Arua i knew in 19990s is not the Arua of these days coz a friend invited me for a dance in Matonge disco theque and as i was driving around former Greed disco club i found a line of girls and when i asked who those ones were only to be told that those are Nyama Chomas in Arua. Please dear councillors in AMC wake up to abolish this illicit trade otherwise westnile has the lowest HIV prevalence rate according to Ministry of Health Report and if this is not stopped we shall not be pround of our city again and we know that whether Lugbara,Kakwa,Alur and Madi culturally were not involved in this business of body selling and if these prostitutes are not from Arua or westnile please look for ways of resettling them.
