The West Nile Foundation with deep sorrow announce the demise of one of our elders, Hon. Lobidra Trumba, the deceased was a junior Minister in the Government of UPC between 1982 and 85, he latter established a model farm in Oli Division Arua Municipality called "Abiri Zoku" latter in the evening of his life, he relocated to Koboko, he was a witty and jovial person who once spent 2 months in Speak Hotel having fun, he lived a full life and passed on at the ripe age of 80, We shall open a condolence book with our secretary General Drani Francis Xaviour, kindly be touched and send contributions either to Anguzu Rogers or to Azabo Francis, may his soul rest in peace.
