Dear Caleb, Greetings. Thanks for posting the information on Hon. Alex Lobidra (RIP). Let me make a few corrections. His name is Hon. Alex Yafesi Lobidra. He was an MP and Deputy Minister of Labour in the first UPC Government, (1962 - 1970). During the second UPC Government (1980 - 1985), he was Director for Mobilization at the UPC Secretariat, UGANDA HOUSE, Kampala Road. Prior to his political career, he was a Teacher at the famous Arua J.S.S which produced many of our distinguished sons and daughters, such as Dr. E.T.S. Adriko. Hon. Dick Nyai, Auntie Hellen Oyeru,, Brig. Gad W. Toko (RIP). General Isaac Lumago (RIP). etc. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
