Thanks to everyone for your ideas and contributions,

   - all we need is action plans with the stakeholders and dialogue  with
   various groups is the way forward to start the process of fixing/healing.
   - as I had stated the long term impact of this POOR PERFORMANCE EVEN IN
   OUR PRESTIGIOUS SCHOOLS IN WN REGION LIKE KOBOKO, OMBACI, MVARA, NYAPEA,
   MOYO SS IS JUST SO TERRIBLE. If we look at 20-50 year time period, the
   impact will be devastating.
   - Is it only our generation that cared so much about education or there
   is something else going on here???
