The Dynamic link Library LIBEAY32.dll

Hello,   I installed Wget.exe on a Windows 2000 system and has setup Wget.exe to run a maintenance file on an hourly bases. However, I am getting the following error.   wget.exe - Unable to Locate DLL   The dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll could not be found in the specified path C:\WINNT;,;C:\WINNT\System32;C:\WINNT\system;c:\WINNT;C:\Perl\bin;C\WINNT\system32;C;WINNT;C:\WINNT\system32\WBEM.   I am not at all knowledgeable about Wget and just tried to follow instructions for its installation to run the maintenance program. Could you please help me with this problem and the DLL file Wget is looking for?   Regards Stacee
