If you are using my precompiled binary go to
and get the sll libraries, too, as stated there, first item in the download table:

ssllibs (http), ssllibs (ftp). Source at www.openssl.org, openssl-0.9.6-stable-SNAP-20020916.tar.gz. ANY wget binary compiled with ssl need these. You'll need to drop the libraries somewhere in your PATH or c:\Winnt or c:\Windows or whatever suits your installation in order to make https connections work

Every binary you can get there which has ssl enabled has this comment:
ssl enabled (get the ssl libraries above or it won't run).

Subject: The Dynamic link Library LIBEAY32.dll

Hello,

I installed Wget.exe on a Windows 2000 system and has setup Wget.exe to run a maintenance file on an hourly bases. However, I am getting the following error.

wget.exe - Unable to Locate DLL

The dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll could not be found in the specified path C:\WINNT;,;C:\WINNT\System32;C:\WINNT\system;c:\WINNT;C:\Perl\bin;C\WINNT\system32;C;WINNT;C:\WINNT\system32\WBEM.

I am not at all knowledgeable about Wget and just tried to follow instructions for its installation to run the maintenance program. Could you please help me with this problem and the DLL file Wget is looking for?

Regards
Stacee
