Unizip it and put it into your \WINNT\SYSTEM32 folder unless you have good reason to put it somewhere else.

I am not at all knowledgeable about Wget and just tried to follow instructions for its installation to run the maintenance program. Could you please help me with this problem and the DLL file Wget is looking for?
