I have a script that uses wget to download from a site
using https. I have been using it for months and
it has worked reliably. This morning it stopped working.

I am using
~>wget --version
GNU Wget 1.10.2

~>openssl version
OpenSSL 0.9.7e 25 Oct 2004

Here is the command that gives the problem:
~>wget 'https://members.dyndns.org/nic/update'
- --11:10:03-- https://members.dyndns.org/nic/update
           => `update'
Resolving members.dyndns.org... 63.208.196.95

ERROR: Certificate verification error for members.dyndns.org: unable to get
local issuer certificate
To connect to members.dyndns.org insecurely, use `--no-check-certificate'.
Unable to establish SSL connection.

Return value = 1

However, it works just fine in wget 1.9, curl, and Mozilla.

I posted in a forum asking for help:

Thank you.
