Note that, even if you don't import 1.11 into the current Fedora, you
can always take a look at the bugfixes in the 1.10 branch.  For
example:

$ svn diff http://svn.dotsrc.org/repo/wget/tags/WGET_1_10_2 \
           http://svn.dotsrc.org/repo/wget/branches/1.10
