Yes, my carrier Verizon has a modem pool that I can dial into and send pages
to. I think it cost us a little extra but it works. Just be ready for the
look of the sales person who might not have a clue as to what you are
talking about. It took me a solid two weeks of digging before I got the
right person.

Does anyone have a solution for both running on NT and using a Cell Phone
for notification. Is it possible to use text messaging or something like
that since the unimodem driver doesn't work under NT. I want to have
notification by phone but don't want to run Whatsup on a w98 machine. Are
there combo cell phones/pagers? Does anyone have any ideas?
