Hi,
If you go to: Configure -> Notification Library -> 4 program, you can
define a program. After you have to go to the device you are monitoring,
right click and choose properties, click on Alerts and add the program
notification that you have created before.

I can't seem to find a way to make WhatsUp launch a program on an alert...

Better yet, use MapiSend.exe as a notification passing the device's
information as paramaters, if mapisend works like that. What is mapisend?
