As far as I know there is no way to setup custom service "groups". Sounds
like a good idea though.
As far as the SNMP services go. You can use them on any device. As long as
they have that interface.
So if you monitor IfOperStatus on interface 1. You can use that for any
device you like.

I am setting up SNMP custom services. I want to set up one to monitor the
ifoperstatus MIB. However it doesn't work until I append the index number
to the end of the MIB. Does this mean that I have to configure a different
customer service for every router when I want to monitor essentially the
same MIB? Is there a way to create a generic customer service, then
indicate
the index on a per device basis?
