Hi All,
Could somebody please layout a point form on how to setup monitoring
of NT services. I have followed the instructions on the Ipswitch web site,
however it seems that I have to reboot after creating the service and even
then it dont seem to work correctly.
Appreciation it advance.

As far as the event logs - nothing I know of....
But, I was able to whip up a 'program launcher' custom service that I'm
using now. I'd love to be able to put it up somewhere and let you get it,
but right now I'm stuck with it being property of my employer (as I built
it on their time) and getting it released is more difficult that I thought
it would be...
Honestly, I'm surprised I don't get beat up for using WUG versus some of
our own network mgmt products! Maybe no one has noticed yet...

Hello,
Does anyone know of 3rd party plug-ins for WUG that will:
1. Read Windows NT/Win2K event logs?
2. Execute some program (I know this can be done for a notification but I
am
looking to do it on a polling interval) and act based on the return code or
the text returned from the .EXE/.BAT.
