Hi Paul,
We had the same problem with all of our FTP and SMTP services. The problem
was solved by playing with the "Poll Frequency" and "Default Timeout".
We had the problem because when the WUG is polling, it floods the network,
so the devices monitored don't answer fast enough, so we set up the polling
to be executed not at the same time for all of the devices, and we gave a
bigger "Default Timeout".
It has been quiet since then.

Hi,
Has anyone used or is using this:
We use ProFTPD as our FTP Server and have WUP Gold monitor it via the
"Services" tab. This works fine but every couple of hours it loses
connection claiming FTP Service is down. When this is investigated I find
that the FTP Server is working fine.
If you have any tips it would be greatly appreciated?
