I would recommend Denika from www.somix.com.  They
provide function to monitor the response time too. 
They have done a better job at not only providing a
great knowledgebase but their Technical support is
very good and they go out of their way to figure out
things that others do not.  Their pricing is even very
good too.
All the above product use MRTG which is a freeware. 
If you want support and your company does not allow
freewares (because of lack of tech. supp), then I
would recommend Denika which also has very good
working relationship with WhatsUp.
