If you connect to port 1494 you should receive a string back that has
three little triangles then ICA. Example: ...ica
Where the periods are triangles, ( I can't get the triangles font to
appear properly in my mail client). You can do this through telnet.
Alternatively you can use the NT service add on and monitor the ICA
Browser service or IMA service for your Citrix Servers. This isn't
quite as good in my mind, as IMA tends to lock-up but NT still thinks
it's running and the WUG service is dependant on NT to give it a correct
status.

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] Monitoring Citrix ICA and Microsoft RDP
Services
I am trying to setup a custom TCP service to monitor Citrix ICA and
Microsoft RDP protocols, with WhatsupGold 6.02
Does anyone know the correct settings for these services
