I monitor ICA on TCP port 1494, without any connect strings and that works
fine. If you telnet to it on 1494 it returns "ICA" with some other
characters.
I don't have any need to monitor RDP. Try Technet for port of RDP, that's
where I found the ICA port number.

The problem with that is when the services hangs, Nt reports it as up, but
it
does not respond to the client, hence the need to monitor it at the IP
level

Download the NT Services add on and monitor them as NT services.

I am trying to setup a custom TCP service to monitor Citrix ICA and
Microsoft
RDP protocols, with WhatsupGold 6.02

Does anyone know the correct settings for these services
