Your Send Command is incorrect:
This will work:
GET / HTTP/1.0\r\nAccept: */*\r\nUser-Agent: Ipswitch_Whatsup/4.0\r\n\r\n
This will not:
GET HTTP/1.0\r\nAccept: */*\r\nUser-Agent: Ipswitch_Whatsup/4.0\r\n\r\n
