We use ours as an app with a dedicated user always logged in. It is on an
NT4 workstation in a locked room - cleaning crews do not have a key to the
room - but we always lock the workstation and turn off the monitor when
someone is not using the PC - only three people have access to this box. I
normally PCAnywhere into the box to work on and check it out anyway. We
have security set for PCAnywhere so only the three administrators can
PCAnywhere into the box and then only from the network No dial in enabled.
