I hope
someone can help me find an affordable device...
In a
years time I will have 70+ users at remote sites, all connected to the Home
Office via VPN's.
All
users are behind a hardware firewall.
Many
users have an internet connection that is DHCP based and the address
provided by the ISP will change (static's aren't
available)
I
can't ping the inside address of their firewall (like knocking on the inside of
the door when your outside)
I need
to monitor the availability each remote connection and issue trouble
tickets/service notices when the line goes down.
Any
ideas?
